2.20 Yarmouth - TONY SOPRANO - Ought to be better than his first 2 runs suggest and this is South African jockey Gavin Lerena's sole ride on the card.

2.30 Chepstow - SPIRIT OF BELLE - Well beaten in 1m4f AW maiden for new yard, but better than that and stiff 1m on the ground could suit. Interesting at 14's.

3.10 Wetherby - BROTHER MCGONAGALL - Thought this one might have a decent 3yo campaign, but only hinted at it so far. Does have ability though and now stepped up from 6f to 1m. Short at 6's, but probably about right.

5.40 Wetherby - ADHERENCE - Not convinced by any of these, so ended up with an exposed maiden. Obviously risky, but is the only one I can make a case for at the prices and could easily go close at 10's.

5.40 Wetherby - Adding STICKLEBACK at 25's

Wins for ADHERENCE, BROTHERMCGONAGALL and a 2nd for SPIRIT OF BELLE.
