West brom are a good price to beat the saints, theyve won their last 2 home games to nil and saints are struggling to score, cant remember the last time pelle scored it must be at least ten games ago. Pulis has got them tight at the back and the front 2 are scoring now, and anichebbe is due back tmw too.

Got a feeling burnley will actually hold onto a lead tmw, they seem to be leading every home game at half time but cant see it out, but tmw could be the game they do it, just gut instinct.

Sundays big game is at anfailed, and theres so much to consider before predicting the result - how much will thursday have taken out of the scousers, city extra 2 days rest and toure back, city have a bad record at anfailed but youve got think they will get something on sunday, aguero is starting to find form now, and that back 3 of liverpool will be tiring by the second half, plus the scousers have got quite a few injuries. City are no shakes at the back, but youve got to think if theyre gonna challenge for the title they need to win on sunday. City to win 2.1 and aguero to score.

Not so sure about West Brom because I think Saints are playing well enough to get a result at the Hawthornes, not saying they will win but a draw is the way I'm leaning.

Agree with Burnley though because I think they will get something from this match but once again I can't help feeling it may well end up a draw, I hate it when I try and pick a game and the draw keeps popping up in my head.

I won't talk about the City game in case I put the mockers on it lol, But I will say City have a dire record at Anfield but they won't get a better chance of beating them considering Liverpool's late European exploits last night, Rodgers is already making excuses so who knows.

I'm having some of West Ham at over evens, the hammers are still playing well and big Sam still has something to prove if you listen to some West Ham fans, fcuk knows why because he's more than proved his worth considering the players he has.

I forgot to add the league cup final, I'll get it now.

Spurs 4/1:eek, that must be worth a dabble considering Spurs rested most of their main players on Thursday for this game.

Fancy chelsea big style slick, no midweek game and mourinhos knack of winning trophies enough for me

I also fancy Chelsea because it would be hard not to plus they will want revenge for the drubbing they got at the lane the other week.
But because Spurs have gone so long without a trophy, they will give this a go and what I'm trying to say is imo the game will be a lot closer than those odds suggest.
At those odds Spuds might be worth a wee gamble.

May as well put my money where my mouth is

Newcastle -1 at betfair is 3.75 . A couple of points there for me.

GL Colbro , although I think you's might do a bit better than you suggest.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Villa get beat but I don't see it being by more than the odd goal.

In fact it's one of those games anything could happen as both are playing as bad as each other and Villa can hardly afford any more slip ups, I'd leave well alone truth be told.

Man U will be looking to spank Sunderland, think City will be too strong for Liverpool and Chelsea to lift the trophy on sunday.

I got a boner when I went into the local bookies and saw 10/11 for sheff utd away to crawley but when they ran my bet through the computer they are now only given 8/13 - miserable cnuts

Premier League midweek fixtures

With midweek fixtures approaching what teams look certain for all three points? United, City, Arsenal?...

What do you think?

Manchester City will be hoping to return to winning ways after suffering a 2-1 defeat to Liverpool on Sunday. Leicester are bottom of the Premier League table and are expected to stay there after this match.

What do you think?

After seeing Manchester City suffer defeat this weekend, Chelsea are hoping to take full advantage but face a tough match away to West Ham. The Hammers lost their weekend fixtures in a disappointing 3-1 loss to Crystal Palace and Chelsea will be full of confidence after winning the Capital One Cup.

Chelsea win anyone?

Both teams are really struggling this season. West Brom will be pleased to pick up all three points against Southampton but it was yet another defeat for Aston Villa, who have failed to win in their last 10 games. This will probably be low scoring.

What are you backing?

Welcome to Betnod, rfisher, I've moved all of your threads into here, easier to have them all in one place rather than a separate one for every match.

The proverbial 6 pointer for Villa tomorrow night.
The new manager bounce ( does it exist ) hasn't kicked in and they look as inept as they did with the previous manager.
WBA just lost the one in the previous eight , won three drawn four.
Not convinced either side will take all three points , but if pushed i would take WBA @ 21/10 .

Hull all the way against Sunderland , to paraphrase Noel Gallagher , Poyet is starting to look like a man with a fork in a world full of soup.
Every match of late Poyet finds excuse after excuse , if it wasn't to late in the season he would be sacked , one win since Xmas isn't a good record.

EDIT
Adam Johnson will be sitting this one out

Massive match in Div 2 tonight , Carlisle at home to Cheltenham.
Taking Cheltenham @ 11/5 , trouble in the Carlisle camp with injuries and a squad in a argument with Curle the manager , PFA representing several senior players.
Cheltenham had a decent win against fellow struggler's Tranmere at the weekend and should manage another three points tonight.

I've backed West Brom and the main reason is Villa can't score.

I was toying with lumping on a City / Arsenal double at about evens but I'm thinking best to leave it for Cheltenham next week? ??
