I probably won't get to see a single game this weekend (why can't I be busy on an International weekend instead :grr) but I'm fascinated to see what's gonna happen in the Southampton Man United game. I've gone for the typical, bounce back after a shock result scenario and they'll probably put 3 or 4 past Soton but it will be interesting to see the feedback from United fans if they even draw, let alone get beat. This is the highlight of my weekend fixtures and the one I would most like to watch.

I have absolutely no idea why I've taken Spurs to win in the comp'. I must have been pissed when I made the selections. They look like a disorganised rabble of shite and Arsenal are playing some brilliant football reminiscent of the best years when they were a joy to watch. Unfortunately, they can't defend for shit. If they could I'd be taking them in a points handicap type bet over United and maybe even over Liverpool if the handicap was generous enough. But they can't so that's that. Should win on Sunday though and the price is generous enough. I'll also go for the over 2 goals for obvious reasons.

Forest are looking ominously like they might have a good season for a change. Not based on their 2nd team thrashing Derby's 3rd team midweek but they are looking like a team likely to play some decent attacking football now and again. I've been particularly impressed with what I've seen of Semedo in midfield and, although he's not the most attacking striker you will ever see, I'm backing him in every game to score.

I'm going for under 4 goals in the Man City Brighton game. Brighton can be a tough team to break down, I don't care who you are and 6/5 looks a cracking price to me.

That and a few goalscorer bets (probably on the spreads). Semedo, Mason Mount, Harry Wilson, Zaha,Van Dijk and Siggerson.

Good luck all

Leeds v Swansea draw @ 4.0
Luton @ 2.15
Wigan @ 2.15
Cardiff @ 2.75
Arsenal Spurs draw @ 3.50

Welsh Premier tonight
I like the look of two
Airbus v Caernarfon
Airbus recently promoted and are yet to get a point , they are struggling at this level.
Caernarfon are still without a win , it is their finishing that is letting them down. They were unlucky last week when they could only draw with Cefn , missed a few chances and their star man Leo Smith missing a penalty. The previous week they had a 0-0 draw against last year's runner up Connah's Quay . Previous to that they lost 1-0 to last years champions TNS. Caernarfon's defence is their strength and if they get their scoring boots on they should win.
This match is being shown live on S4C tonight
Caernarfon @ 5/4

Cardiff Met v Newtown
In my opinion Cardiff Met will be a team that will threaten the top two this season . Their season have started well with two wins and a draw .
Newtown's start was two draws and a win , so neither side have lost yet.
Cardiff Met @ evens

West Ham @ 1.90

Northampton v Plymouth draw @ 3.3

I'm toying with backing Newcastle, I know I shouldn't but they look a half decent price against what has been a shambles of a Watford team to date this season and Newcastle should be buoyed by their win at Spurs last week.

I'm tempted by Everton too, I know Wolves are a good side but they put out a pretty strong side against Torino midweek and Everton will be looking to catch them on the hop.

Arsenal too, they put in a half decent display against Liverpool and will be looking to bounce back against what has looked a pretty ragged Spurs side so far this season.

Norwich @ 3.8
Cowdenbeath @ 2.25
Notts County @ 2.8
Villareal @ 4
Kilmarnock @ 2.4

I'm in the English National League North this weekend with a few bets...

1. Farsley @ 3.4

2. Brackley @ 2.37

3. York @ 1.78

4. Hereford @ 2.25

5. Kings Lyn @ 2.05

6. Chester @ 2.45

7. Bradford PA @ 3.50

Hereford were piss poor last week at Chester but they do have some decent players and have a new manger appointed this week in Russell Slade. I'm not sure if the 2.25 can be considered as value but they'll definitely be looking to impress the new manager and put last weeks result behind them.

Chester should never be that price against against struggling Spennymoor on current form.

If i was to shout a price that looks well out of line though it would be Hills 3.5 for Bradford PA at home to Telford.
Just two points separate the struggling teams. Bradford PA will be looking to build on last weekends first win of the season after a draw the previous week.
