For the last couple of seasons I've kept myself going in the summer by doing anteposts in Ireland, Norway and Sweden. I actually started a while ago so won't afterevent by listing my Irish and Norwegian punts. However, I had a punt on Elfsborg in Sweden when the season started and the price is still the same (3/1), so I hope I can get away with listing my Swedish bets. All units are small as it's for interest and I don't know the leagues. Bank 2,500 units.

Elfsborg 3/1, 500 units (Bet365)
Helsingborg 7/4, 500 units (BetVic)

Ive also been betting on this...along with the First Division or whatever its called where Im on Federsomethingorother(3-1 2nd faves)each-way and Orebro.

In fact,believe it or not,I came across a lap dancer who bets on horses and runs a betting advice website recently and after swapping several emails she's going to be betting on my Swedish bets together with my county championship selections as multiples:eek::eek:

I havnt felt this much pressure since 1986 when a stunning 6 foot tall Hawaian stewardess picked me up in a Covent Garden bar,took me home to her Hyde Park Corner flat and introduced me to her 2 flatmates who expected me to ,um,perform with all of them!!

( Luckilythey were both females!)

By the way,I just want to make clear that the fact that Ive found a lap-dancer who runs a betting site is not the very important news I alluded to earlier.

Well,yes.There is a big difference.Especially to me.

I don't mind one of those at all.The other one I do.
 
Yes,Im happy with the draw.

Helsingborgs have the 2 games with Goteburg as you will know but then they don't meet the other 2 good teams til the very last 2 games.

Thats the kind of thing I LOVE when doing these bets
 
My lap dancing betting site owner didn't get on today as she saw my email too late.

But shell be doing a £25 double on Helsinborgs and Orebro when the odds come back.

113 units on Helsingborg at Unibet's 11/4.

So, for 1,113 units I get back 1,800 units if either Helsingborg or Elfsborg win the thing. That's looking far from certain :cry
 
I havnt read any of the posts since I last posted but it seems to me that Helsingborgs are overrated.

I assume thats your feeling too TC.

Im very impressed with AIK and recently watched their game at Borgs(played several weeks ago) and though Borgs were 1-0 up before losing after having a man sent-off,AIK dominated the first half and concede near the end out of the blue.

Oh yeah,and HOW are Sundsvall in the Superettan 9-2!!??

That seems a v good price to me.The were 5-1 before beating the favourites in a 6 pointer!

Falkenbergs the team was.

I came up with a simple way to remember in future.

I just imagine Columbo and Ingmar Bergman having a 3some with Britt Ekland.


Britt Ekland is somewhat superfluous but I couldnt imagine what Columbo and Ingmar Bergman might be doing.

Plus she is of course Swedish,to boot
 
I agree Hotspur; Helsingborg had a purple patch a while ago but have gone off the boil. I too like AIK - they've crept up there almost unnoticed - but haven't backed them yet so I'm sweating. Hopefully my anteposts in Ireland and Norway will turn in a profit that'll cover it - but that's far from certain and not the point of this thread.

Some hedging in today's games - Malmo v IFK and Halmsted v AIK

Double of AIK to win (4/6) and IFK/draw double chance (23/20), 25 units staked for 88 returned including stake (2.59/1) with Bet365
 
Blimey they are good prices from Unibet.

Ive been taking Bet365s 2-1 Malmo*.I may have to open an account.


(Sundsvall are now 6-4 in the Superettan. Their price was strangely big even after they beat the leaders.Very unusual.Dont really know whats going on in that market)


Good luck with Helsingborgs today(?) TC. I want them to win too.

On the other hand I want AIK to win. Hmmm.

Bloody hell,Halmstad well worth their lead.They look very well organised and in 15 minutes AIK have only had the ball in their area twice,both easily intercepted.
