Hello traeth. Are Airbus worth the 1.9 away from home? They've obviously started well, and Rhyl haven't, but I didn't appreciate there was a gulf between them - or is there?

(PS I'm in Rhyd Ddu next week and Might be at Porth v Caernarfon on Wednesday. If you see an Englishman trying to fit in by wearing a Wales top do say hello.)

hi TC

I'll be backing Airbus at that price as they are the in-form side with four wins from 4 matches.
Rhyl have lost three including twice at home and a good 3-2 win at Bangor. Rhyl played well at Bangor . Their loss at struggling Newtown was against the run of play with Newtown scoring the only goal just before half time , Rhyl dominated that match but could not score from numerous chances. I'm expecting Rhyl to come good but I believe they will find Airbus too much.

If you are internet connected in Rhyd Ddu I'll p.m. you early next week . I'll probably be at the Traeth next Wednesday if the weather is decent , it is a Champions League night but a local derby versus Caernarfon will be very interesting . Caernarfon will bring a decent crowd [ for this level]

Greetings all,

Not many bets for me at this stage of the season as I like to watch ten games before judging teams, but thought I'd check in and say hi. Having said that I'm tempted by Aber DNB against Prestatyn, but will probably leave it. One bet I have done is an outright on TNS to win the league. Good luck traeth for your lot against Caernarfon.

Cool. I'll get on Airbus :thumb

We won't have internet at our cottage, but the local pubs do so we'll be checking in and out :crossfingers

Friday
Aberystwyth v Prestatyn
Aber had a good start to the season but lot their first match 3-0 at Port Talbot last week.
Prestatyn also started well with three wins including a win against TNS but they suffered their first defeat at home to Connah's Quay.
I think this could be a home win but my confidence is low.

Connah`s Quay v The New Saints
Connah's Quay are undefeated , started the season with two 0-0 draws and then two 2-1 wins
TNS started with a 6-0 but followeed that with a defeat at Prestatyn which was a surprise for followers of this league.
I can't see TNS losing this one but those odds do not tempt me.

Saturday
Bangor v Port Talbot
Bangor have lost both their home matches but have won both their away matches. Bangor's record at this stadium is nowhere near their success at Farrar Road which they left last Christmas.
Port Talbot got their first win last week with a 3-0 win against Aber. Port Talbot do struggle away so I'm going for Bangor.

Carmarthen v Afan Lido
Carmarthen lost their opening game 1-0 at Airbus and have won their other three matches.
Lido have only one point which they achieved with a 0-0 draw at Connah's Quay , in their other three games they have conceeded 3 in all three. Lido should have been relegated last season and I they look as if they'll do the same this season.
A Carmarthen win

Rhyl v Airbus
Newly promoted Rhyl have only three points from their 3-2 win at Bangor .
Airbus have a 100% record in the league and they had an excellent 6-1 win against Newtown last week.#
As I've posted earlier I'm backing Airbus

Bala Town v Newtown
Bala Town are expected to do well this season but have zero points but have scored in all four matches
Newtown have three points from four matches due to their surprising win against Rhyl .
A Bala Town win
